- General artwork requirements

All fonts and type within the design to be converted to outlines.

Embed any images within artwork

Files to be created in CMYK only. RGB format is designed for monitor display and may encounter colour matching issues when sent to print.

Minimum of 300DPI for any images.

Scale image artwork to no less than 50% of actual size before submission.

Accepted file formats: EPS // AI // PDF // SVG

Please inform us and set your file accordingly if Pantone matching is required.

Different products have limitations to print processes For help or advice please contact us.

- Additional notes for transfer decals

File must be saved as a vector format with relevant welds & cut lines included.

For vector files we can also work with CDR // CDL // DRGion 3

- Where to send artwork

Please send Artwork direct to hello@stickersanddecals.co.uk Include details of your quote so that we can place it with your quote once received.

Via Post - Artwork can also be posted to us on CD to our office address. Please ensure your package is marked with your details so that it can be easily placed with your quote.

- Is a vinyl decal the same as a vinyl sticker?

This is where it gets fiddly! Yes and no depending on who you are talking to. In the trade these are two different things but as these products have moved online the lines have been blurred. As decals are sticky there are a lot of people who would call them vinyl stickers. In fact there are lots of names for them including vinyl transfers, decal transfer, decal stickers, decal transfers, vinyl lettering, vinyl numbers, vinyl logos, etc.

- Are vinyl decal stickers easy to install?

Yes, with a bit of patience and a clean smooth surface our vinyl decals and stickers are easy to install. Every order comes complete with our simple 4 step instructions, a vinyl tester and a free applicator squeegee. For window sticker installtion you can watch a great "How To" video by clicking here.

- Can you design custom stickers & vinyl decals?

Yes we can. We have been creating great decals designs & sticker designs for nearly 20 years and our studio can take your idea or sketch and turn it into something that you will love. To find out more simply request a quote and send us some details on what you are looking for.

- Can vinyl decals be multi-coloured?

They can be but this involves using different panels of material for each colour to form the design at the point of application. We always recommend keeping this simple and by far our biggest sellers are single colour decals in gloss black and gloss white.

- As a UK decal supplier do you ship abroad?

Most definitely as decals travel well when packaged correctly, in the last week alone we have seen orders go across the globe including Europe, Asia and Australia.

- Can you install large scale decals & prints?

Yes we can, lots of them. Once booked our expert fitters will arrive at your location armed with everything needed to install your decals, glass manifestations and office glass frosting.Our team is polite & professional and they even smile at passers by on your behalf as they work!

- Are you VAT registered?

Yes we are, we like to make things simple so all of our online pricing is inclusive of VAT.
