Approval Terms

It is your responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas.

Ensure that you check all spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork.

Once approved artwork cannot be changed.

The customer is 100% responsible for prior approval for use of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements relating to any design or components of  the artwork.

No production work will commence until all artwork has been approved by the customer.

Your artwork approval is contractually binding to proceed with product manufacture.

All artwork remains the property of Stickers and Decals until your order is paid for.

Any images supplied to us will be printed ‘as is’, Stickers and Decals is not responsible for poor quality or distorted print caused by low quality image provision.

Printing is done using CMYK colour palettes, for images supplied in HSL or RGB some colour shift may occur which will be deemed to be acceptable, please contact us for more details.

Actual print colour may differ depending on the device and its settings being used for viewing. Your artwork proof is to be deemed as a representation only.
